How would I go about changing my image from dk1.1 to just say PLi jade and vice versa?

What do i delete or replace exactly?

Have a read at the sticky threads at the top of the this section (red threads). These will detail how to flash a new image, and backup your current image so that you always have something to go back to if you screw it up.
