I lost my sky sports news some days ago, just wondering where i can find the freq out due to the fact if i rescan i'll hav to put all my channels back into bookmarks and i cant remeber how so would be easier if i could just get it back via manaul scan thanks!

You wont have to put all your chnls back into bouquets after a rescan, but.....

The easiest way to pick up the new freq is to turn to any of the SS chnls for a few minutes(and it will do a mini scan in the background), then -press OK then RED-.. that will bring you to all services(alphabetical order chnl list).. see if there's a new SS news chnl picked up(it'll have a flag beside it)... scroll to it and press menu and add it to bouquet>sports..

You can then go to your sports bouquet and press menu to delete the dead freq and move the new one into it's place.....then reboot to lock it down(so you dont have to do it everytime you turn on your box)
