DM500 Glasgow area VM, no Sky Sports News

We've lost Sky Sports News with Virgin Media in the Glasgow area on our DM 500-C, tried doing a brute force rescan and it didn't pick anything new up. Inputting channel 321 on the remote would take us to a seperate channel that was displaying SSN with one of those names that looked something like "432 SID 0x00e5" or something like that. However that soon disappeared also.

Any ideas how to get it back?

i have lost it to and im coatbridge . maybe it will come back in the next few days

i noticed sports news away and a few more that i cant remeber!! this must be them starting to drop n2?

if the channel is MISSING - it's not an encryption problem is it? it's a frequency change.

if the channel is there but not CLEARING - it's an encryption problem.

brute force/slow scans may pick up missing channels depending on what box u're using

didn't even know channels were missing..i got that many.. just did a fast scan and "missing" channels are back
