flashed box

hi ,ive flashed box following instructions from red stickies,all went well,done auto scan for channels,all channels there,i get free to air channels,ie bbc,s itv,etc.when i go to say sky sports i just get a blank screen,any help appreciated,thanks in advance.

hold the info button for a few seconds up pops the cam...restart it and hey prsto.

You might have 2 wait a minute for the channel to load so be patient.
