DM500 DM500S

I have a dreambox dm 500S
I recently flashed it with Gemini 4.2 using flashpro 6 and installal ccam 2.1.4
I downloaded a file called satellites.xml which I put in the /var/etc folder.
The problem I am having is when I do a Automatic Transponder scan I am finding a few channels for the satellites I have configured i.e

Eurobird (28.2E) - 675
Astra (19.2E) - 56
Hotbird (13.0) -15
I know I should be receiveing a lot more channels but I dont find them when I scan.
Also should I be able to pick up any other satellites in south east london.

This realy should be in the sat section, but try doing a google search for the captins settings and then use dreamboxedit to send them to the DM500, theres also a files called (Motor 45E To 43WCes dreambox settings) on this site that you can send to the DM500 via dreamboxedit.

where is your sat dish pointing to (which satellite)
is your sat set up motorised

Yes it is a motorised dish.

I am picking up
700 channels on eurobird
56 on Astra
15 on Hotbird
I dont know what has happened but I used to receive a lot more.
