Dreambox 500C Problem Nothing Works!

I have recently just got the Dreambox 500C and i did a Transporter Scan and it says the follwing:

All Known Transponders have been tried, but No Lock was possible, Verity antenna/ cale-set up or try another Satellite/network

I have tryed other options but i dont get anything and no channels what so ever and on the channel it says:

switch Service could not be found!

no EPG available

Please can anyone help me set this all up so my box could be up and running please

Have you tried uploading a new image...Theres a lot of really good info in the sticky threads above.

Once i had conected my pc to dreambox and changed the image to http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...500-c-s-t-312/ all was ok and I am getting all The FTA channels.

well if ya look on page 6 of the dreambox forum you will see his posts there before and other people then thought u were takin d piss then as well so i'll leave it with ya eh....

sorry to jump in guys. Harry, why the hell did you buy a dreambox when you clearly (after reading your threads) don't have a clue. there are a load of excellent step by step guides on here and yet you consistently clog up the place with schoolboy questions.
I know that Dk is a place where you can come for excellent help with most probs, but FFS bloke! try and help yourself before asking inane questions.
When I first came onto dk with my first dreambox, i read devilfishes guide to installing dk. its SIMPLE to follow. thommos guide to ftping is also piss easy to understand. plus they are now in one place in the total noobs guide in the download section.
c'mon guy what you're doing is the same as joining a library and asking everybody in there to read books to you.
