Flash Problems

I have tried flashing an image on a dm500 using dream up. It takes me through the usual process but as the flash completes I get the following error

"error resetting lock-bits" Ive never come across this before and now box will not boot up if anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate them

Had tried flashing with a number of versions of dream up and a couple of different images and still had no luck, i ended up taking the mother board out to return it to manufacturer when i noticed the underside was covered in dirt, I gave it a quick wipe put it back in the box and it flashed first time.

It was probably just pure luck but im now sorted

you will probably have to jtag the box or send it back
