DM500 Lost Channels in non N3 area - please help

Hello, can anyone help please, i have a problem with my DM500C.


Basically i get an error that tells me that the epg is not found and there are no channels.

I have reset the box and found all the channels but when it has finnished it comes up with this.

My DM800C works ok so N3 has not kicked in.


Any ideas?

I am using a Neutrino 2.0 image.
