DM500 Can't figure out why channels have gone.

Hi,

Sorry if this has already been discussed and sorted.

My channels won't clear on my DM500c in Liverpool south.I have a rescanned (brute and local) and done a factory reset. Should I re-flash or do you think I could just delete the keyroll file via FTP. I can't be bothered reflashing.

if you done factory reset then you have deleted the magic files you will need to ftp them back to the box
