DM500 Think I?ve ~~~~ed up!!

Put an image on my DM500-C using flashfxp into the temp directory renamed it then did a manual software update on the box. Now all I have is a green screen with PLi JADE THINK GREEN, the remote does nothing and now I cant even look at the box with flashfxp. Is there a way of doing a factory reset without access to the menu?

Use a null modem cable and Dreamup to reflash your box.

Thanks for the reply, no serial port on my computer that’s why I used Flashfxp. Did use Dreamup and null modem cable when I first put an image on but have upgraded my computer since then.

you can buy a usb to null modem converter for a couple of quid and use any computer.
