    DM800 AUTOUPDATING KEYS ?????

    Hi there im new to the DM800 with a cable Tunner as have previously been using it on satalitte and am lost on how to get the damn thing to autoupdate the keys needed to clear my channels.

    All the guides on here seem to tell me to put the nagrarom files directly into the keys folder but on the last changed i have had to update the keys manually becuse it seems to try to update but gets 1 or 2 of the letters or numbers wrong in the autoupdate phase.

    could someone please help me as it gets most annoying when i know it should be possible and its probably just something small that i have done wrong.

    Whats the best EMU to use ? im currently using MGcamd 1.30d
    have latest keys installed
    using newenigma2.2

    Rom files always go in the /scce folder. Not familiar with the dm800 so the folder might be /var/scce or /usr/scce or /etc/scce or /etc/enigma/scce, not sure. All other key files (Autoroll.key, Autoupdate.key, Softcam.key, Keylist.txt, mg_cfg, camd_cfg) so in the /keys folder which I think is /var/keys or /usr/keys.

    If you're using mgcamd, make sure the mg_cfg file is set to auto update. If you're using evocamd, its the camd_cfg file.

    I found some files here that work.
