Strange

As i ordered a DM 800HD for and my cousin ordered one last week and we both recieved delivery 2 days later.

I would chase them up, i personally never had any issues from linuxsat. Even had a faulty remote control replaced a few weeks ago with no fuss

How much did you pay for your box off them and was the site like it is now?

i paid 180 and it was from the old website not noticed this new one to be honest.

I ordered approx 2 weeks ago on a friday requested the box to sent on Monday. I have linuxsat email address i will ask them if the website has changed or if this is something new.

I have ordered from linux sat so have friends touch wood so far never had issues

Okay, they turned up today post marked yesterday so I'm relieved. Ordered 3rd June and oreder was marked as dispatched a couple of days later so I was a bit worried.

Didn't reply to emails. I wish he had. I don't mind waiting so long as I know.

Seems noy .... I sent them a DM800 for repair after ticket opened early June and no response to any emails. Obviously they have not sent the box back either!

Anyone else had same problem????
