    Missing Channels?

    In south yorkshire....

    other day alot of channels now have no signal!

    i have sky sports working bbc itv

    mtv down sky movies down dave down!

    Received virgin media card other day im guessing this has something to do with channels going down??

    any help thanks

      Sounds like your area as had the 3.7 firmware update for the new N3 encryption. It is only a matter of time now until you loses all channels except the FTA ones as you have received your new card.

      You probably have one to two weeks left until your channels disappear, which you will have only 1 to 5 left.
