Picons for october 2008

As anybody got any new picons to the new channels on VM like

dont know if there are anymore than this,or will they be on the server for updates in the future

Have the images to make them but there must be something with the software i am using as they are not recognised by the dream when i load them up. definitely the correct size and filename so must be doing something wrong. Anyone point me in the right direction of software i will happily create them

pic icons are png files. 72x54 pixels. you can create these yourself. google images for the channel logos, right click and save picture. open in windows picture viewer. resize and save as png. make sure they are named exactly the same as the channels then ftp them to your box

It's a good idea to use something like photoshop, open an existing picon and paste the new pic over the top of it. Then it will be the correct size and attributes. It also needs to be 8bits and have indexed colour, not RGB colour.

Ok i have done some new picons here if you want to test them the only one i couldn't get to work was G.O.L.D cant seam to get it in colour so i have put it in a seperate folder and untouched if anyone want a go at it
Let me know what you think at my firstc attemp LOL

Heres another set that work fine. I haven`t added the +1 channels simply because I haven`t got a clue how you add the +1 to the image Sure one of you clever guys can sort that out though.

G.O.L.D +1

Just rename it from G.O.L.D to G.O.L.D +1 that should do it

Dedge renaming the image is simple enough- even I can do that . What I cant manage at the moment is to physically alter the image to incorporate the +1. Im sure its easy enough to do but as I have never used photoshop before I have hit a wall just now. I am sure google will enlighten me but that can wait for now.
