DM500 Need help to JTAG a DM500C with NuTune tuner

I'm having issue with reloading a working bootloader to my DM500C.

By accident, I ftp a under-sized PLI firmware to a DM500C, now it is not able to boot up, no way i can replace the firmware with a working set.

I could JTAG it, but unable to get DreamUP to work.
Since day one, there are issue with DreamUP, but I could get into the set via FTP.

Anyone know if I could JTAG the full set of image into the DM500C?

I dont think the set is using one of the three common tuner,
it is NOT ALPS, NOT PHILIPS, and NOT CABEL.
It is a NuTune tuner brand.

I could communicate the set with JTAG, but my DreamUp refuse to talk to the set.

Is there a way to directly load the firmware into the set via JTAG?

The first day I got the set, it already does not response to DreamUp. I could only get the new firmware in via FTP/Telnet flashing methods.

Last week made a mistake to screw up with invalid image (under-sized incomplete) via FTP/TELNET flashing.

I am desperate to get this set fixed.

How recover with JTAG without DreamUp?
