DM500 Channels Stop Showing

Hi there is anyone experiencing black channels on dreambox 500c ? Am only gettin basic channels at the moment.

Try resetting your box or the cam.

How do you reset the CAM?

dunno about the 500 but on mine press blue button you see a menu pop up then click on restart cam

failing that turn it off and back on

What image you using?

on the dk image press and hold info then the cam will come up.

Restart.

If you still have problems look at the stickies in the cable section and you will find the files you need to sort you out.
