Broadband and movies premier

Hi folks,

Hope you can help, followed all the guides on here (thanks Devilfish et al) and got my 500c working with all channels. Some background..got 10mb internet from virgin, got a splitter and set up the dreambox per guides. I now have all the channels however I had to do the brute force uk to get it, the auto scan couldn't lock on a transponder. Problems I have now are

1 : broadband is a lot slower.
2: I dont seem to have sky movies premier.

Any ideas?

Remove the dreambox and see if broadband gets faster. You could have an overall signal problem. Are you using a booster?

Your slow B/Band might be your type of splitter, mine is Konig 3 way, 1 in 2 out range 5-2400 MHz, this works fine for me.
