DM500 Lost all channels on DM500-C

Sorry to post what is probably a completly amatuer question. But I am having a few problems with my DM500-C. Its lost all its channels. Saying service cannot be found or unkown service.

I have re-scanned using Bruteforce for UK and all that came back was standard freeview channels (and it didnt even pick all of them up) although all channels were available to go to, all had a black screen.

Im lost as to what to do. If there is anyone out there that could help I would really appreciate it!

Others reporting that they lost all channels in the following London areas for nearly a week now. East London, Grove Park, Camberwell, Dulwich and Lewisham. Anyone else here experiencing this too??

I can confirm it has happened in Lewisham. Lost mine last Wednesday.

Scanning using the old frequency/symbol rate does not seem to pick up all the channels any more. Anybody know the new frequency to use in the Lewisham area to get them back in the short term?

Also Bexleyheath is down. Bruteforce scan not working either.

wembley nw london too!! and Hendon , some people boxes got some channels some are gone, i also hear Ealing has gone too!

reflashed my 500c then rescaned that got mine working.dont know how long for though.
