Hey guys been trying to solve this for the last 2 weeks! im trying to FTP in to my dreambox, there seems to be unsigned IP address error in windows, i had no problem connecting to it before. The only change i have made to me local Ethernet connection is i bridged it so my xbox 360 could have internet access.....obviously ive undone the bridging and nothing seems to work any more.....the set-up i have currently is laptop straight to dreambox via a cross over cable...windows firewall is turned off....when i go to access the ip settings on the dreambox it starts with 10.xxx.xxx.xxx whereas before it would be 192.xxx.xxx.xxx. I've obviously screwed something on my laptop up as ive tried ftping to a dbox i have and no success either.....ive tried uninstalling the Ethernet driver and reinstalling it...updating drivers etc.....please can any one shine some light????? Much appreciated (i've search other forums endlessly with no results)
