DM500 How do I stop the audio description on Dreambox?

On some channels there is a voice, obviously for people with disabilities, telling you everything going on, describing backgrounds and places and stuff over the top of the audio anyway. How do I stop this?

It's great that they have this service but it's frustrating watching something and the voice telling you what you're seeing. For the visually impaired it's brilliant but I want to turn it off. It's not on all channels just some.

I did have another question but I found an answer for that.

Just press the Audio button and it will give you a few options of English, just choose the one it is not on.
