DM500 Need to connect with PC

Hi everyone, this is my 1st post as i did get a bit of idea how it works but whats the quickest and easiest way to connect my Dream Box 500-S with my PC, Can i copy files from my Dream Box and transfer something from PC onto it.

Quickest way is to connect using ftp. I think username is root and password is dreambox
