    where u staying? mayb i can bring my lappie nearby ur place to help u. I've flashed my dm500c alot of times with different images but one thing i cannot promise is you can get all the SH channels. I still missing a few good channels...

                        This happen to me sometime back. When you are doing dreamup,after you press connect than you power up the box using comport 1 and network(connected to router).Than 2nd acknowledgement didnt appear or appear and stop there,it means your chipset or hardware is faulty,sent them back for repair. By right after 2nd acknowledgement, screen will appear "box is alive now speaking to us . Hope this help.
