    DM500 Problems?

Guys my dm500c is getting a Pink scream every 10min, do you think is because I need to update or is some kind of fault?
I got it from DVBMonkey is it a good site to buy?

    A pink scream?

I'll assume you mean pink screen if so, check all your cables, scart and coax. Change the scart cable if possible.

Also, go through the video settings... MENU > Setup > System Settings > OSD Settings.

          Hi rod,
Dvb Monkey are excellent boxes with awesome build quality,it does sound like a possible cable fault you may have, i would do what Devilfish said and check your leads and settings.. potentially could be a earth fault, obviously i would also try it on another tv before flashing the box as you don't want to go through all that grief if it's something else.
          Best of Luck.
Keep us posted on the outcome.

Hi Dazzonamission I dont think it is a possible cable fault, because when Im watching from the V... box it works fine, ill try a new cable and settings before I flashing it. TKS

raise a support ticket with them, they'll sort it if there's a hardware fault.
