DM500 Setanta Sports1

Hi guys, I have a DM500c with DW2.0 image evocam 2.12 on VM. For some reason on Setanta Sports 1 I am getting BER floating around 16k-17k, with the SNR not going above 88% and AGC at 51%, the picture constantly breaks up, it's only happening on this one channel. I have scanned on all transponders but to no avail!! Any help is appreciated.

you could try signal booster to try and get a SNR about 95%.

but this could then affect some of the other channels, but worth a try for a tenner.

is your 50 connected at the first feed , and not a splitter, .?

also try to connect your 500 only and see what you get then ?

Had a very similar problem with ssports 1 and 3 all other channels worked fine. Bought a 6db attenuator (couple of quid) plugged it into the cable and it works flawlessly. No more break up. Might be worth a try.
