Well i assume you mean the password and username to connect to your dreambox if so, it's

Is your firewall turned off ? Make sure your putting the correct ip addy in Flashfxp. Check your dreambox ip.
Are you connected from lappy to box or from router to box.If your connected from box to lappy make sure you use a crossover cable.
