dm500-c (Moved from dbox2)

hi all i got given a dm500c yesterday and i just plugged it in and it says service could not be found,ive got a starview box and i no how 2 flash that1 but with this am unsure and also i cant read any of the buttons on the remote as its well worn any help would be most grateful!!

menu button is above the right arrow. menu wll be different depending on image used. go menu then setup then service searching
