    I need a few questions answering that may seem basic.

    Basically, i've just recently heard of this dreambox, and i'm not entirely sure what it does, i've been told its possible to crack them in a way to get free channels, which is illegal, is this true? if so, how is it done, i've come across images and dw image? what are these programs/software? i've been looking for information online but i can't seem to find any, any help to bring me into the light would be much appreciated, thanks in advanced.

      Read the stickies above in red and read some of the threads in this forum,especially NAG3 and you will see it's a waste of time buying a cable dreambox now

          if cable is out of the question, how do satellite ones work? basically, i just want to know if its possible to get channels for free?

              cs is the only way round nag3 can be done on cable and sat ( google for more info ) but it aint easy like the eurovoxes and starviews etc and its risky and prob not very reliable on cable c/s, sky c/s is a lot safer
