DM500 strang sound (like whistle)from tv

hi,
the problem is that when i connect the dreambox to my tv ,
a strange sound arise from TV not the box (sound like a whistle).
i tried to change the cable but the same prob.....
changed the gemini image and the same prob !!!
any help plz

same happend 2 me cheap scart lead

have you tried a scart lead to see if the results the same? at least you can see if it is that then

i had the same problem a good high quality scart is what you need

Most likely you have what is called a ground loop this can happen with equipment with no earth (like the dreambox). Using a fully populated SCART cable can help if your TV is earthed.
