DM500c - All channels gone

All Channels disappeared on my DM500c and my mates at approx same time on Wednesday9th June...anyone else got a problem
This is in North Lincs area any help would be welcome

Yup definately gone in Nth Lincs.Only FTA remaining.
Wish someone would crack this damned N3,until then i'll wait and twiddle my thumbs.At least it was good while it lasted.
