help needed

hi i have a dreambox dm500c and i need a imagine file
none of my channels work execept for bbc 1 bbc 2 itv
channel 4 channel 5 bbc 3 and bbc4
i use virgin tv so is there a file image i can use please

Where do you live ? Your area may have gone over to N3, if that's the case there is no fix.

Notts has gone m8. Theres no fix, you will only get channels 1-5

worked fine. no problems.
