    FlashWizardPRO

    Hi,

I tried to flash my dreambox 500c using FlashWizardPRO. As I was flashing the box my laptop shut down as it ran out of batteries half way thought. Now when I put power to my box the green light comes on for about 3 mins and then goes off, I don?t get a picture and it doesn?t respond with the remote. What have I done and can I fix it, if so how. Please help

Try a different com port and make sure the use network is unticked.

All failing that it could be that the cable you have is not a null modem cable but a straight 9pin serial cable.

The wiring is different on a null modem cable although it looks the same.
