would you not think of getting a cheap cloned camera from china?
no realy thanks. now i,m sorry i gave the m8 the psu as i would have had a go myself. is the fuse a normal fuse or is it easy to buy?

just looks like a normal glass fuse 15mm long only thing is it has a leg on either side to solder it into the board, its rated at 300v 2amps, surely can get them someware, or could solder some legs onto a normal fuse. easy fix realy, id take a photo of it but you know what my cameras like,,, photography was never my strong point!

its a 5mm plug (the end which goes into the box) i think there a standard size and as long as its the correct rating you will be ok. the one iv found should be fine. its like the one im using.

Hi guys, I have went through 3 power supplies in about 7 months, peng and seiko have changed them in the past but I am fed up with sending it back.

I am going to bite the bullet and buy a quality power supply.

Do maplins sell the correct one? or can someone point me to the correct one on fleabay?

Thanks very much as I am not clued up with power supplies and don't want to get the wrong one.

                    Mark

no need to go for 3A. 2A is aplenty and probably cheaper.
