    DM500 does not repond to remote

    My DM 500 does not show the green light but it is stuck on one channel. It does not repond to the remote. I reflashed and now it is stuck on setup. As it does not respond to remote I cannot complete the process. Can any one help on this please?

          After upgrading my equipment DM500, it no longer responds, only the green LED is turned on. The equipment does not even respond to the most remote. What should I do to regain access to the equipment? It is only possible via JTAG?
