Can't watch encrypted channels on DM500

Hey guys!

I really need your help on this one, as the title says I only see a black screen when I want to watch encrypted channels. What can be the problem, and eventually the solution?

The problem is Nagra 3 Encrytion. And there is no solution.

The thing is all these channels worked fine 3 days ago, now the only channels i can watch are those with no encryption. You sure there is no solution? I dont see the point of having a dreambox if i can't watch 99% of the channels

Harky, what do you mean by latest key? (I am pretty new to this )..

1 possible is ur provider change the key that result ur channel cannot be view
2 ur area is already on N3

Try a rescan if that don't work a factory reset, and are you sure your area is not hit with N3 ?

if it's not N3 yet, it's on it's way. a rescan should pick them up for a little while longer
