    The answer is card share related. There's no discussion about that on here. Google card share and ask on one of the many sites that do allow discussion.

        hi guys, you can try change hostname too, default is DM500/DM800. after changed, in FTP or explorer you can connect by name instead of IP. eg \\DM800Box1
