help dreambox 7025 not boot

hello, i have a dreambox 7025 and it is not boot,there is no light on sreen,nothink.
when i boot the hard drive is start,i can eart it an nothink else;
i try to flash it whith serial rs 232 but no conection.
can you help me please.
