hi all

i have loaded the above image into my 500c.
all is well good looking image.

problem cannot lock channels.

this is what i have done:-

1. goto parental control set pin number.
2. go and lock channel. lock appeares.
3. reboot to save setting
4. goto lock channel NOT LOCKED
5. check locked channel still showing lock.

any help i thank u all in advance

when you reboot don't pull the plug from the wall, just use the menu to reboot and that should save your settings.
