lost channels south east is this due to nagra 3

hi im using 500c in surrey using kaos image for vm we lost all our channels today ,and was just wondering if that is it now for this area ,a few of my friends in same area have recieved new vm cards for there proper boxes 2 weeks ago , does this meen that nagra 3 is now in our area and we will no longer be able to use our dreamboxes ?
