It's determined by the SIM card. So what's SIM card do you use on the mainboard of your DM800?

I not sure what you mean. But I have a 500c box for cabel. I'm not using any card. I use Internet to get codes. On the 500c box is a gemeni project image

So now I get a dm800 HD box for cable. So that I need a image too

power off the dm800 and then power it back on and look at the little lcd screen ,it should display the sim and bootloader version of your box . if its a newer clone its most likely sim 2.01 BL76 (bootloader76) once you know the version of sim and bootloader your box is you then find an image with the same sim and bootloader.
