FATAL ERROR

did two scans today to see if i cud pick up the new channels ,scans ok finds the channels then at end of scan i get the fatal error message , couldnt open sevicefile-create/var/tubox/config/enigma! can anyone shed some light on this as to why i get the fatal message never had/seen this before..cheers for any help guys..

Factory reset it and scan again its hit a snag during scan

if i do a factory reset wont i lose my keys/roms and maybe channels? i did a another quick scan there and same error again..

backup the service files & keys because you'll have to install a fresh image. Are you using the DW 2.0 image as ive had a few fatal erros with that.
