DM800HD can watch HD channel on SH?

For what it's worth.... Received my DM800HD PVR from China 2 weeks back. It has the Nabilosat Blackhole 0.11 firmware in it.

All HD channels scanned and we were watching them fine until my friend itchy hand play with one F1 interactive plug-in in the system.

Since then, my box will reboot.. with display showing reboot progress to 80%, then reboot progress to 80%, then.... again... until I had to turn it off .

Still researching on how to restore the firmware without having to send it back to China.

BTW, my box does not have the SIM card slot. I think this is a clone.

I would like to advice to backup the system before trying plugins!!! but have you try flashwizards? download it and redownload your favorite image it's a 5min works. Then restore the channels and keep your remote in your hands only... if your friend don't know how to backup things he is not any better then you. My missus tend to screw it up every 3 days the thing and thanks to flash wizard it's now a 5min works. (othewise for me impossible to get it the way it is now). Regards

I managed to logon to the box's home page via Firefox. Downloaded a copy of Nabilosat Blackhole 0.11 image from Nabilosat site. Flashed the box and now it says "Error" "Goto www.dm7020.com" "No CA"

Can't even logon to the home page via browser any more.

Dude come down... if you have a clone dm800 you can't use original firmwares... so use this instead...

Nothing on TV. Can't configure IP address. The error came up in less than a sec after the word DREAM MEDIA shows on the OLED display.

Can't download the file (if any) on the link you provided. When the time is up for me to download, it says "click to download", I clicked and a whole long string of URL came up on my download dialog, no file.

sim card is inside the box, you will see it when you open the box by unscrewing the 4 screws.

bro so far i have tried all the below ROMs but non of the backup images/flashes can be used for another box or restore

could you advise which u use image and what plug-in you have downloaded. My understanding is clone backup images doesnt work. yours is clone/original?
