Nabilo Black Hole 12 - DM800 - No Plugs listed?

I have just installed a fresh image of:
Nabilo Black hole 12 on my DM800 clone using file:

"sim201e-75-Nabilo_DM800_PFM_20091114"

Ive gone to install CCCam as i did with the Jade image, but i only have a limited list of plugins available to download?

1) System Plugins
2) Extensions
3) Demoplugins

Can anyone please suggest why i havent got the normal list please?
