Dreamup is good, what best to change password

Hi Guys, I have read up on dream-up and for the time being, I think I will stick to this method of flashing my box, thanks to the infos here, does all image come with a password? also what do I use to change password to an image? or is it just important to know the password of the image for eg: if you are using ftp programmes?

I bought Null mod/serial usb cable, connected with my box, also establish correct com-port.

whats the best image I should use? for starter... also followed the link regarding keys and read up on which folder to place key file...

Telnet to your box by doing Start > Run > telnet 192.18.xxx.xxx and then log into your box. Type in passwd and then you will be prompted for the new password.
