DM500 channels found but no picture

HI

I have 2 DM500c and one is working fine with all channels showing, however other one finds channels but will only display free to view channels, incidently i have had a new card (wigan) but have fortunately wrill been able to received all channels on one of the boxes, i have done numerous scans and a reset but to no avail, can anyone help please ?

So you have 2 boxes one shows all channels no probs other doesnt?

Basically if ones showing only freeview then the other one will as well due to the new N3 encryption. Unless you have one box that has the n3 crack on it then it or the other box has not been updated in recent years.

Sorry to say there is no N3 crack or code available, what i would do is connect my box to computer, save my bouquets from the working box and transfer over to the other box using dreambox edit computer software.

can you comfirm which model you have?
the best post a picture of the back of the box.
different model need different image.
