Cable tv frequencies?

I have a 500c and have done several scans but it keeps missing a number of channels, can someone tell me where i can find the frequencies so i can put them in manually.

In the Midlands on Lichfield settings

i am from Walsall and i kinda scan my freq as late as possible from what i hear the later you scan the better.
