In Bristol cant get sky 1 but all others ok

I canm get everything except sky living, no idea why, done scans, without splitters. early in morning and late at night. nothing.

I have a dreambox 500c image is dw 2.1 tried auto scan and manual scan lso tried the kaos image all other channels except sky 1

do a manual transponder scan on frequency 00651 this is ntl area
if your telewest area might be different

I had the same problem. I was doing a scan using bruteforce but managed to pick it up by doing a scan using cable uk Sym6952 ( fast scan off ) instead.
