Help needed for DM900c-ii

Hi my channel 5 out of no reason became mute. there is no way i can unmute it. the rest of the channel is fun.

i deleted channel 5 and now the number is replace by channel 8.
how can i get back my channel 5?

please help.

if you can delete a channel, i guess you should know the pin. You can recover your channel by manual scan 642mhz.
