My DM500c has been running pretty much fine for the past 3 years - did have to reflash it once, and had a problem last year, which was sorted when I took the splitter out of the equation and rescanned.
A few weeks ago we lost all the non free channels. Can anyone advise what to do about it?

I'm in plymouth, ehich apparently is not a Nagra 3 area according to lists I found...
