Can anybody tell me what an exclamation mark at the beginning of a listing means. Ive just got a Black Box 500. Im very new to all this so many more questions anr just waiting in the wings

its a new found channels they appear after searching for channels, to get rid of them when on channel list press menu and scroll down to remove new found flags and select all.
