need help please

hi i am trying to make a connection between my pc and my eagle box.it says use a null modem cable{rs232}but i have nowhere to connect it on my pc.so i also tried to connect using an ethernet cable from pc to eagle and also from router to eagle but every timr i cannot connect.it says something about cannot find com ports.any help would be appreciated,thankyou for reading this post.

you need to buy a USB to Serial cable, available in some computer stores, easily off the net and maplin's. Comes with installation disc with drivers, connect your rs232 to that and away your.
